Makoto Shindo is pretty much a failure in life and a nerd who still lives with her mother, despite being 24. Her mother has pressured her for years to get a job with no luck.

News of her mother getting remarried comes and slaps her in the face, with no choice but to move out of her moms life, and to be independent.

She starts accepting that she must do something with her life to survive on her own until....

She meets her step father whom offers her an empty home to stay in.

Then, when getting there, finding out her step brother is already occupying the house.

Makoto looks like a little middle schooler, thus Akiyoshi decides to let her stay, convinced that he has a much younger step brother.

How long will these two last before Akiyoshi finds out that Makoto is a girl?

Probably long considering that Makoto doesn't give a shit.
