When Sam and Dean almost run over a girl they find to be their little sister crazy crap starts happening. Since when do ghosts listen to people? And why is a 13 year old girl hunting as good as them? What's so different about her and what is she hiding? And then of course the Justice League has to get involved.

A lot of weird things are going on and the whispers and dreams are getting more frequent. People are dying left and right, but the only person who has a good idea about who is murdering people is Amy. Two new people came to the hospital also. Who are they?
