Ok so a little bit of background info:
The doctor (who is using the name John Smith) and Clara settled down in a house, got married and ended up having a daughter named Sophia. Except they did not tell her about who the doctor really is, or that he is in fact an alien. As far as their daughter is concerned Clara and 'John' are just two normal people. But what happens when she discovers the truth, not only about her parents but also about herself...
