Lapis Lazuli is living a perfectly normal life in a land called HomeWorld... that is, until she meets Peridot. Lapis takes a vaca on a cruise ship where she meets Peridot and soon befriends her. Then a huge storm hits the ocean right as Lapis and Peridot become best friends and sinks the ship! Lapis grabs Peridot and flies her and herself to a nearby island where they take shelter. Lapis then realizes her source of power, her gem, is broken and can't fly her and Peridot back home! Now they have to survive on the island together until her gem is fixed. Peridot is very frustrated that she can't get home but soon finds the beauty in the island and is thankful she is stuck with her new best friend! As the island brings them together, possibly into more than friendship, Lapis' gem begins to heal. Suddenly Lapis and Peridot get into an argument that could possibly bring them apart. Will the island drive them apart, or bring them together?

Blue and Yellow Diamond create a master plan to finally eliminate the Crystal Gems, and Steven is the key to doing so. All they have to do is play a game of emotions, and things will soon fall into their hands, due to a very unlikely snitch. Will Steven be able to resist the Diamonds and escape, or will Steven's Universe crumple because of himself? (Rated T, to be on the completely safe side, but I seriously doubt there will be anything too bad in my fanfiction, as I am trying to make it as close to the style of the show as possible!
