Laura Marano is a normal teenage girl. She's a junior in high school, and has pretty amazing grades. I guess you could describe her as a nerd. But, she's different. She gets made fun of at school because of her grades, and how she only has two friends, Raini and Calum. But, she isn't the girl everyone thinks she is.
She knows how to throw amazing parties, and she does get a bad grade every once and a while. She's shy, but outgoing once she gets closer to people.
One day, Raini takes her to a concert, it's Raini's favorite band, R5. But Laura doesn't know what she's in for.
Things take a twist, and she ends up falling for someone she never thought she would fall for.
But she might never see him again.
What will happen? Will Laura see this person again?
