Moon Knight: Shadow of Vengeance

Summary
It began as a simple extraction, but it ended up being so much more. When Marc Spector and his group of mercenaries are sent into Ebnu, a small war-torn city in Egypt, to extract a man by the name of Omar Abbas; things don't go as planned. Marc gets wounded in battle and left for dead by his brothers in arms. Believing his life to be at an end, Marc is shocked when he is met by Khonshu the Egyptian Moon God. He offers Marc a choice, pass on to the afterlife and pay for all the deaths he caused while he was alive; or become Moon Knight, Khonshu's avatar on Earth and reclaim vengeance on the ones who left him behind. For Marc Spector, the choice is clear.

Writer Note
Moon Knight is a Marvel Comics character that I believe doesn't get the attention he deserves. While he may seem like a copy and paste of Batman, his story and enemies are very interesting. Which is why I decided to write my own take on the origin of Moon Knight. I don't know if it'll be good, I don't know if people will like it. But what I do know is that I'll try my hardest in making this an engaging story, one that I hope people will like. I don't think I'll keep a steady schedule with writing this story due to a lot of stuff happening in my life. This is kind of a story I'm just writing for fun, hopefully readers will enjoy. Feel free to comment and critique, it really helps.
