After a tragic incident that could've been avoided, one girl was taken into serious surgery done by world renounced surgeon with the help of a well known silicon-valley techie. The two replaced the girl's shattered spine with a computerized spine, turning her into Human Cyborg Version 2.0. Upon waking up after the surgery, she must learn to cooperate with the first Cyborg, Rex 1.89 and adjust to the new edgy lifestyle of being half a computer and half a human. Between maintaining a cover, cool new tech, and impossible missions made now possible, Averna v2.0 struggles to choose between keeping her humanity and following along with all her new abilities to complete her missions to make the world a better place.

Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
