However, after her sister Andromeda's match turns out to be a Muggleborn, Narcissa's parents decide to arrange a marriage for her and deny her the chance to find her soulmate.
Lucius Malfoy can't stand the thought of his friend Narcissa being forced into a loveless life, and taking her side brings him into the line of fire of Thorfinn Rowle, whom Narcissa's parents plan for her to marry. Lucius is unprepared when the mark that materializes on his back happens to match Narcissa's patronus.
