It's the end of the world. More than half of the world population is dead and the few that are alive know that no matter how hard they fight, they are going to die in the end. But there is hope in Dana's eyes. Hard-core and sarcastic as she is, she still has hope that she will find her family and that she'll survive along with her six other companions. Things distract her along the way, especially love. Living during the apocalypse with five hormonal teenage boys (one of which is her ex that she still has deep feelings for) and her best friend may seem like a teenage girl's dream, but it's her worst nightmare. The boys are vying for her attention, and she's torn between what is right and what is wrong. This is her life now. And she doesn't know a thing about it.

Angela Bales is finally moving on with her life. She is finally over her ex-boyfriend, and she's even started making the right decisions, and even her future seems somehow bright.
