They say the world used to turn. They say that night would follow day in an endless dance. They say that dawn rose, dusk fell, and we worshiped both sun and stars. That was a long time ago. The dance has died. The world has fallen still. We float through the heavens, one half always in light, one half always in shadow. Like the moth of our forests, one wing white and the other black, we are torn. My people are the fortunate. We live in daylight, blessed in the warmth of the sun. Yet across the line, the others lurk in eternal night, afraid... and alone in the dark. I was born in the light. I was sent into darkness. This is my story.

who knew an extra terrestrial love between the sun and the moon could make someone's whole world, that it could make someone smile flowers and feel high on starlight?

This is told from the perspective of that is read in a diary. It is simple and if you like simple then go ahead and read this. This is real events from a real diary. Permission was given to me to post. And i think it holds a lesson in this.

i was walking down the road near the forest when i suddenly feel that it's hard to breathe.. i was panicking, i was nowhere near our house .. so i ran to the forest and closed my eyes from the excruciating pain .. and then i heard my bones crack .. when i opened my eyes i was with paws.. wait what? I looked outside; the sun had set but the light remained. That little moment when the light still covers the sky before night swallows it up, that tiny moment in time is when the sky truly looks majestic. I feel the same way, this little time before the night takes me away. Everything that begins will end somehow, somewhere... "Will my end be just an end?" He asked himself, Little did he know, his end was only the beginning

I woke to my limbs sore and my head hurting. I didn't open my eyes but chose to feel around me instead. I could feel leaves and grass underneath me along with the wind sliding along my skin. I could hear bugs and animals around me, along with the trees swaying. I could smell the fresh air around me. Then i opened my eyes to see the moon above my head through the trees. It shined so bright, and it made its own light in the sky.

**Alone and hopeless... Is that everything there is to me? Do I not deserve the prospect of a change? A change for good.** Those were thoughts that went through my mind when he crushed my body with unnatural strength against the tree. I felt the taste of blood on my tongue. My surroundings started to get blurry. My head was throbbing. I began to feel drowsy. But there was one thought that gave me conscious, spinning through my head like a tedious fly keeping me from rest. **I deserve a change.**
