Brooklyn had to start a new life after her father died in a "car accident" two years ago. So after her mother finally felt it was time they pack up and moved they closer to  Brooklyn 's best friend Isaiah. Now they've been there about a month and already she's started her dream job DJing and went to a new school, things are starting to look up for her and her mom. Though after her father died she has learned to be little tough and depends on no one but herself. 

What happens when she literally runs into a strange boy, named chris at the club. Then after seeing him there he seems to pop up everywhere. Little does she know that he will be the boy that changes her from being tough to the happy self she used to be.
