Several years have past since the great war and Moon's Prophecy. Peace has spread across Pyrrhia thanks to Jade Mountain Acadamy. That is until a new dragon tribe arrives, and they want to invade all of Pyrrhia.
Pyrrhia is now rested upon the shoulders of ten dragonets. If they can't stop it, it will result into another war or the destruction of Pyrrhia.
I do not own wings of fire, and this book may not be accurate since it was written before Peril, DeathBringer, Turtle, and Quibli's books.

After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined...
