Peter Hale always despised the Handal Pack. They had the numbers, the strength, the power; everything he's always wanted. Most of them ridiculed him and were clearly more powerful than he ever was. He felt so threatened that he first decided to create his own pack but when that didn't work, he felt that killing them was the best bet. The last one that was left standing was Isis Handal, so he made it his number 1 priority to kill her for what her pack did. After chasing her to a whole other state, she ends up in Beacon Hills County where a whole new set of problems arise; one including an awkwardly sarcastic and spastic boy who somehow makes her heart race a mile a minute.
