Kayleigh Christian is a outcast.
She is different, she has a condition where she can't be in the sun. So she is very pale. Her eyes are naturally red and her hair is pitch black. She has joker bites and spider bites. People bully her and slander her and her mother.

Jeff lived on her street, they went to school together, but they never spoke.

One night she meets (again) Jeff the killer, he remembers her bur it takes her a bit to remember. But then feelings grow but things happen.
