Miranda jaw dropped open. "Oh, my god. Dude, your eyes."
I shook my head in confusion. What the heck was she talking about? What was wrong with my eyes? I stood up and looked in my mirror, and gasped. My eyes were crimson red, totally different from their normal, boring chocolate brown. "Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. This has to be a dream!" Black veins began to spread through my pale skin. I screamed, and shut my eyes, hoping this was all a dream. What the hell was happening to me? And what was wrong with my eyes and face? When I opened my eyes, I was back to normal. It was as if nothing had happened. I turned to a terrified Miranda who was hovered over the door, which told me what had happened was real.
Lleyton Fields was a normal girl in California. That was, until she turned seventeen. After her birthday, strange things started happening to her. Suddenly, she started hearing things, and weird things started happening to her. She started having nightmares, and seeing her dead mother everywhere. ORIGINAL (This story is actually/sorta is based off from in real life but not really. Fiction-Fantasy-Romance, however you guys want to call it.) Cayenne, main character of this story, (also in her POV) starts dreaming in a land called Dream and about these creatures called Dreamers with one power each. When she realized she has been kidnapped by the Dreamers, she was selected to become the new Queen of Dream. Someone has called her name and she disappeared from Dream. Cayenne woke up by her friends yelling at her saying she has 'vanished'. After telling what happened, they quickly searched up the Land Of Dream. It said only if Infinity and Energy joins together, they can create the same pathway that was there from the human world to the dream world. Without knowing, bad Dreamers came inside her house and kidnapped her friends. 8 of the bad Dreamers, were unlucky and was killed by Cayenne's magical powers. To Cayenne's shock, humans were not supposed to have such powers; she was the legend the website said, Infinity. Some of her friends were left and the Royal Dreamers came for the search party. Who started this war and will she get her friends back and find Energy to create the pathway connecting to the human world and the Dream world? Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room.
