This is a simple guide to the vernacular of Trinidad & Tobago, which is where I'm from. I used to do similar posts on my Facebook profile so I decided to compile them in a book that I can just keep updating. So whether you're a fan/tourist of Trinidad & Tobago or just curious about another culture this book is for you! Take a read, leave a comment, ask questions and I'll answer them for you! If you have any words or phrases that you would like to see added feel free to let me know as well.

Traveling the world full-time as a digital nomad is difficult. It's especially difficult during one of the deadliest and most debilitating pandemics in world history. Stuck, broke, and alone, Trinikid must find a way to survive in this new virulent world with no way of returning to his home country of Trinidad and Tobago. Prime Minister Keith Rowley had completely shut the borders to T&T to every and anyone for 16 whole months. 16 months is a long time in these circumstances. Before the pandemic began, Trinikid had set out on a world trip of discovery, love, fun, adventure, and everything along the way. But in travel, as in life, things never always go according to plan. With only a backpack and a movie blog, this is his story.
