Claire Elizabeth Bosmier, is the kind of girl when you hear her name it doesn't ring much of a bell, but when parents have to go to Iraq for a business trip, they decide to send Claire a girl from a sleepy town in Oklahoma to the biggest boarding school in California. There she decides that its time for a change and turn herself into a new, better, and more popular Claire, but will this little project change her life for the worst.
