Penelope Georgia and Harper Ashley have been best friends since birth. Partly because their parents are good friends. They grew up in small town New Jersey which is part rich, part middle class. And Penelope and Harper's family were considered the "rich snobs". That all changes when Harper and Penelope come across and old book called The Book of the Rich. Inside, they find the rules to be a true "rich kid". A book written by both their moms when they were young. Penelope realizes the book describes her and her friends perfectly. And she's  bound to change her and her friends and family's ways that they have gone blind too. 
    Through many adventures, mischiefs, and a little romance Harper and Penelope try to change their ways and become welcomed into the "normal crowd."
