This takes place in what I think would happen three years after Dean comes out of purgatory, But there's something different...  It turns out that Dean had a twin sister named Scarlett that he didn't know about because John had convinced Mary to give her up for adoption when they were born.  She had followed Dean around  in purgatory so she knew he was safe.  This is what i think would happen when she got out.
