They wanted freedom. The council named our "New World" :Kaizodo.

It meant Resolution. Though no one has ever unstood what the 'Resolution' was for.

The council called themselves:

Shinpan no no Torishimariyaku.

The lands were prosperous when they were alive. They breathed free air and Ninjas,Samurai,Assassins,Taoist,Trojans,Warriors and Pirates all lived in harmony. 

That changed 4000 years ago. Just because of a simple woman.
