Rebecca Valentine, 16, smart, sarcastic, a prankster, caring, and unique. She's outgoing to strangers and funny to those close to her. But like every other human being, she holds secrets and a past. She then moves to large apartment building in Shadow Valley, California, with her Mother and older cousin. She looks forward for a fresh start, but then comes her new neighbors, and one of them tends to stand out to Rebecca.

Dylan Deville, 16, sly, clever, prankster, handsome, and one of a kind. He's open towards others about his feelings and curious. He always tends to make (most) people laugh and smile. He is also a slight player who hangs with the jocks. He, too, holds an reasonable amount of secrets and a past. He also happens to have a new neighbor, I'll let you guess who that neighbor is ;).

Bring them both to the same school, and be prepared for a war of teasing and pranks
