Indie was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in the middle of her junior year. She moves into a hospital and her friends from her school start visiting less and less until they eventually lose touch. Indie is very stubborn and doesn't want to meet a ton of new people at the hospital, but when she steps out of her comfort zone, what she finds may surprise her.
