Let's just say Katniss never volunteered for Prim, and Prim made it out alive. She's faced with more challenges, of course.  The Third Quarter Quell is now here and Prim is thrown back in the games along with an unexpected volunteer. This is Prim's story, Catching Fire: Prim.

I do not own any of these characters, or any part of the Hunger Games story. This is simply a fanfic, all rights goes to Suzanne Collins. This story is a part of a new fanfic series called Change the Story. It is where I take some few books and change a part to see how the story would be different.

The story is set during the time period of "The Hunger Games" (book one of the trilogy). It is written from the perspective of Gale Hawthorne, and does not concern any events in books two and three. This is my first fan fiction, my first "real" attempt at long form prose writing, and my first Wattpad story. I appreciate constructive feedback, but please, no hate. While the characters and some plot points are based off of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games Trilogy, (which I in no way own the rights to) I have created this story using my own imagination.
