He pulled away from me, grabbing his phone off the nightstand only for me to get a glance that it had been Xander calling. He placed the phone up to his ear, rubbing his face in his hands. "What is it?" I asked in concern, watching Pierce's expression change from annoyance to worry as Xander spoke through the phone. I waited for Pierce to say something but he didn't before hanging up and grabbing my leather jacket off the chair that was nearby, throwing it over to me. "We need to go. NOW." Pierce stated, his voice demanding and cold as he reached for his keys and walked out of the apartment.
