Unlike stereotypes, Kai doesn't sleep in a coffin, turn into a bat, isn't harmed by the sun or garlic, holy water can't hurt him, and crosses do nothing. His only weakness is that he can die by getting a stake through his heart

His sister isn't one but he is

He isn't a stereotypical vampire. He's normal except for his fangs and need for blood every once in a while

His great great grandfather was a vampire, so he is as well

The others learn to cope, but new dad Zane isn't sure if he trusts Kai
