This story is about Frank and William, two kids who decide for the fun of it to sneak into Arkham City, the new jail in the middle of their town that everyone hates. But while in there, they are caught by guards and are forced to travel deeper then wanted, facing an array of your favorite Batman villains from the game (and maybe some that are not in there >:-)).
