Corey Feldman, River Phoenix, Corey Haim & Jonathan Brandis, four best friends growing up in a small town called Jackson. These for boys have little in common, but what they do share is a passion for music and one type in particular;
The Rolling Stones.
As you can expect, not many huge bands like the Stones visited small towns like this, until one day when a wet washed up flyer for a festival just 75 hours away from them hits Jonathan in the face one day, the boys know they just have to go, much to the dismay of their parents.
Follow them in their journey as they meet Vera, a runaway and free spirit and Chopsticks, a sad, self loathing pot addict and their friendship is truly put to the test on the coming of age trip they take together, finding not only the greatest band in existence, but themselves too.

"Sure, maybe the urban Boston wouldn't be completely socially aware, but they'd at least have some idea of how to treat us like we were all the same. So, we were packing up our bags, and I was going to a new school, and I'd do fine as long as I stayed away from those white boys."

Robin Skye was packing her bags and (hopefully) moving away from the racial discrimination she's had to face in Georgia. Of course she was guided by her mother and father to stay away from the source of the racism - white boys. But, River just couldn't stay away from her.
NOTE - - - do not read this if you know you won't agree on the ways that this book touches on racism because you will get your feelings hurt !!
