Beth Khan and Toby Parker are best friends from a small town called Louisville, Kentucky. Toby has a bad secret that no one except Beth knows about. And no one can find out. Toby gets mysterious messages, ordering that he and Beth must journey deep into the extremely haunted, Waverley Hills Sanatorium to keep his secret safe. It is rumored that over 6,000 people died there, and now they torture whoever dares to enter. Will Toby and Beth be able to keep the big secret safe? Or will they even make it out of Waverley Hills alive?
