PROLOGUE 1 year ago "I can't let you go, not now" I say holding Newt's hand outside the room where they sent the subjects up into the maze. "Your not letting me go (Y/N), your just saying see you soon" Newt says and pulls me into a hug and I start to cry. "I won't remember you. We won't be..." "Hey, we will find each other, I promise. I feel a hand on my shoulder and look up to see my 14 year old brother Thomas and I hug him. "We can watch him everyday (Nickname), he's still with us" Thomas says "But it's not the same. I love him too much to let him go" "I know it's hard, it's hard for me too" We then watch Newt go through the process of being sent up into the maze. Present time: I sit on my bed waiting to be called. It had been one year since I said goodbye to my boyfriend Newt as he was sent up into the maze and now I could see him again, but I wouldn't remember him, nor would he remember me. "You ready?" My big brother asks sitting beside me "I suppose, I'm scared though" I say and he puts an arm around me.
