Murder, drugs, theft; welcome to Chozu City. A city where it's crime rate is higher than it's death rate, and it's death rate in higher than it's birth rate. A city where many things, and many people are different in ways that just can not be explained. A city where no where is safe, not even in broad daylight. Regardless of being a terrible place, it's population is extremely high; most people can't leave because they can't afford to live anywhere else, while others stay because they see it as their home. All the cops are corrupt and most of the ones that aren't end up dead. For the larger crimes they are forced to send in police, because if they didn't it'd make the city look way worse than it already does. Everyone who lives in this city has a story, we'll be focusing on three; The Homeless girl, The Vampire and The boy who sought love.

You've gotta' be a certain type of person to survive here.. Welcome to the city, now you're trapped...
