[EDIT] THE STORY IS UNDERGOING SOME REVISIONS SO THAT IT WON'T BE CRINGEY. I wrote this three years ago, so cut me some slack people.

[EDIT 2] THE STORY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REVISED. I edited a lot. Entire chapters are changed, the dilemma, the songs, the interactions, and even the deaths have all been made, in my mind, better. I really wanted to make this a thriller, but I also wanted mature elements in here, and I definitely didn't want you guys to read anything cringey. So, this is the final director's cut of my novel. I sincerely hope you enjoy and appreciate my revisions. Thanks so much.

The inhabitants of Mazeboro, CA have never seen too much trouble, especially not a string of murders that begin to happen all over town.

Newton and his friends are shocked and horrified as two of their friends are among the first to be murdered.

And in the midst of this disorder, newcomer Thomas Greene brings a breath of fresh air to the students at Mazeboro High. He plays lacrosse, has a kind disposition, and is quite attractive.

He catches Newt's attention, and the two form a strong friendship, despite the murders hitting closer and closer to home. 


Newt and Thomas, along with their friends, must band together and act as one. But, as less and less people remain, fingers are pointed and distrust ensues. Paranoia settles in.

Newt must determine who is guilty and who is not, before every single person is dead.

A classic Murder Mystery tale, with romance, drama, and plot twists.

[EDIT 1] My work is currently undergoing some revisions. I wrote this 5 years ago, and needless to say, some of the dialogue, scenes, wording, and overall feel is quite childish. Not all of it, but some of it. I've decided to revisit my original first story and make it better. The story is definitely much more mature now, and I think everyone will enjoy it better now that the tone has changed to fit the melancholy nature of my story. Thanks in advance. Thomas gets a chance at redemption when he is offered a seemingly impossible task: plant an idea in someone's mind. They must break-in WCKD's base in a place called The Last City, the last and remaining city in the world. Truth will be revealed and sacrifices will be made. A certain British blonde boy has fallen for their fearless leader, but with this love interest being conflicted, will Thomas return the feeling? There are challenges, people get taken, and with the flare becoming airborne, anything can happen. Will they make it to the Right Arm or will WICKED beat them to it? Or maybe, death will. (This is a Minho fanfic that is based primarily on the movies, though some aspects will be from the books. I am trying to raise awareness by this fanfic to make people go watch it change the decision of Netflix of canceling this show after only one season when the second season was already filmed. So a huge part of my fanfic is giving credits to the original The Society screenplay. I am not stealing it I'm just using some part of it to turn it into my own story. Please respect that.*
