There are 119 days before Nelle Herason leaves for uni, and at 18 years old, she should have the world at her feet. On the final day of college, fuelled by endless amounts of vodka and the piercing rush of a freshly broken heart, she makes a (very messily written) list of things she wants to complete before her 17 weeks of summer are done.
She embarks on a stumbling journey to adulthood, experiencing the issues that every young woman faces, and it doesn't take her long to realise the startling beauty and terrifying reality of the world and the people that inhabit it.
A realistic but drama-filled recount of one girl's final summer at home.
