Dawson, aka Dare, is the leader of the racing gang the Darings. They hold the championship title of the infamous City Rulers competition held annually. Gangs throughout the city compete against each other on various tracks spread throughout the city. The winning gang rules the city and all its' tracks until the next City Rulers competition. The only way to qualify is by racing, so how will Dare get his gang in the competition when their rival doesn't show? There is only one other available gang they can race, fresh off their suspension. They're dangerous and known for foul play, but Dare is willing to do whatever it takes to get his gang into City Rulers. Is it worth the risk?
