The Lost Soul is a girl or boy depending on the Avatar's gender, she or he is said to follow the Avatar everywhere, but if he or she goes missing or stuck in the Avatar state or dies the Lost Soul will become lost and die. But again to be reborn a few years before the avatar returns or is reborn into the next avatar in the cycle. He or She can also bend the 4 elements. She or he can also turn invisible like a ghost. She or he can see spirits and will always try and keep their abilities a secret. The Lost Soul isn't necessarily born they are chosen and they get a spirit animal.All Rights Reserved
