In 1875 17 year old Private Nathan Cade and his military family move to the black hills. His father General Henry Cade was ordered to make the Native American Sioux Tribe leave there homeland because of the gold that there home was on. The Sioux tribe of course is not going to leave without a fight. The U.S army gives them a month to leave or there will be a battle. But one day while hunting Nathan saves 17 year old Sioux tribe member and the Chiefs daughter Maka from a tragedy. They soon start talking and Nathan's opinion of the Sioux tribe changes. He trys to get his father general Cade to back off and let them stay but he will not listen. Nathan, Maka, and the rest of the Sioux tribe prepare for what will be a battle to the death to save there homeland. Will Nathan fight for what he thinks is right or will he stand back and watch his dad take there homeland away? And how far will Nathan go to prove that he stands with the Sioux tribe even in the worst of conditions?

In no way is this a true story. I have done some research for this story but not a lot. Some of this may not be chronologically accurate. This story is supposed to be set after the battle of Little Bighorn. I have never written a historical fiction story so bear with me.
I hope you enjoy. (Please don't take my ideas. I thought of some, so can you.)
