Dayla is a teenage girl that loves her life of simplicity. She enjoys reading the books at the library where she works, instead of doing her chores, and school work. However, when Chase Galloway and Monty Cain come crashing into her life in a four wheeled vehicle of death, she has to work harder than ever before to survive. Stuck between the living and the dead, she's thrown into a life she does not want. No matter how much she would like to go back to the way things were, she has run out of time. The only way for her to stay among the living is to accept Chase and Monty's dark secret, to do what they are made to do, murder innocent people.

She's sarcastic. She was the girl who never cared what people said. She was far from a romantic; She was Oreo obsessed. She used to beat up people in middle school, and still throws her shoes at them in high school. She was weird, a good weird. She was sensitive, but piss her off and you'll be scared. It was just her and the small, easy life she had. That was until everything had gone down the toilet. That was until her senior year had started.. ~♦~ Monsters are just everywhere, Only a few people are trustworthy. Would you be my savior if I'm lost there? 'Cause with all the greed, there's left no mercy. At some point I'll be so hopeless, At some point I'll get that feeling, That feeling when trying's Worthless, Doors are closed, I'm barely breathing. I need the light, I need a guide, I'll do things with all my might, Smiling is hard, life's not so "cute", You scream and yet, the screams are mute, When lies, evil and mistakes take all the love away... When asked how you feel it's always "I'm Okay," All the hope you had, got lost in the darkness, You're heartbroken, you feel so hopeless... Crying in the silence is the best you can. Everything has changed in a blurry time span... Would I be able to find true Love? Would I be able to ever again Trust? Be My Savior, Please Don't Be late... Give me true love... I hope you understand. My name is Samantha Walters, and that's how my story went... But who knows how it would end? - #11 in Humor Copyright © Dark_Starlet. All Rights reserved.
How to Raise an Assassin by BronxCrusader
49 parts Complete
Zay hates her life as an assassin. She'd give it up and run away if she could, but since her family are very skilled at tracking down and killing people, it's probably best she stays. She only has six more years before she turns eighteen and can abandon this life for good. There isn't much to love about being a part of the Reaper Core after all. Sure they were the extremely rich leaders of the infamous Reaper gang that services wealthy neighborhoods in Chicago; but that wealth came with the hard work of murdering for a paycheck. Then there's the whole drama with the Locusts, the sworn enemy of the Reapers who command the poorer areas in southern Chicago. Zay's dad wants them eliminated for good. Zay couldn't care less. Either way she'd still have to go to school the next day and face the isolation that being affiliated with a gang entails. That is, until she meets Ash, a friend who makes life just a bit more normal. But even that doesn't last long. Thanks to him, she now finds herself forced to join the Locusts when she doesn't even want to be a part of the Reapers. Caught between two evils, Zay has to make a choice: to choose the lesser of the two evils... Or to carve a third option. *** This story is complete! 87 parts Complete

Nova is a badass. She's not only a talented zombie slayer-she's tough, ruthless, and a downright bitch. But she loves who she is, and she wouldn't change herself for the world. Trying to survive the apocalypse with her best friend until they make it to Australia-the last safe place on Earth-is their only goal. Nova knows they can make it now that she has enhanced speed and strength and dramatically improved senses after dying from a bite and coming back to life as an immune superhuman. She just needs the Fates to send someone who can sail or fly them to their destination. And then the Fates do send someone. Along with a man named Finn. She can't help but to like him and for the crazy world they live in he makes her feel-well-normal. The plan is to get to Australia. It's the last safe place in the world and Nova truly believes she is the cure that will save the human race. But they have to go through Savages out for blood, new and different types of Zombies, an insane man and his army, and a three month boat ride to the safe lands. Hopefully they make it all in one piece. Read on to find out if they do.
