Gohan is spending time with his biological family. Gohan and Videl are no longer together after Videl cheat on him with Sharpner. Cell is still having trouble to control his new ice powers and they are gong out of control. Cell's ice powers are going spiral out of control and cause a the entire planet to cover in ice.
Cell must learn how to control his ice powers or the Earth should be cover in ice forever.
