Johnathan Cathaway is a wealthy noble man who's story takes place in Victorian England. He has ran his family's business, the Cathaway tea company, since the age of fourteen and has run it quite well. Considering he has had no experience, I personally think he has helped the family business grow exceptionally.
As John grows up to become an adult at the age eighteen, he learns there is more to life than just scribbling meaningless words on pieces of paper and sipping tea...
As the young man was simply strolling through London, he finds a filthy peasant girl singing a soft tune in order to earn money. Johnathan didn't know what it was, either the girl or the melody, something intrigued him. He wasn't sure what it was himself so that leaves him curious and the blonde man decides he must figure it out.
As Johnathan's story is being written by the hand of God, he experiences the ups and downs of life with a lowly peasant girl. As his book continues to be created, he realizes she's more than a disgusting peasant girl. Once he believes his journey has ended he soon realizes that it's only just begun...

Season 1 complete! Book 2 (Rhapsody) complete! It was a new start for her, at least that was what her dad had told her when they moved from LA. A new start, with a new odd group of friends and her past mistakes still haunting her every move. Mistakes which suddenly seemed a lot harder to escape in such a small town; where the wrong person could be just around the corner, or the right one running full speed in the opposite direction. Turns out, it wasn't a new town which gave Lexi a chance at a fresh start, but rather colliding with Pope Hayward two weeks before the hurricane. The only question remains as to whether or not she can handle the life she's been offered, especially when a certain blond comes into the picture, threatening to cut the final string which holds her together. ---------------------- Smut warning LOL. Hi! I got this idea really randomly and just decided to write this book. It's a little different from the actual show, and there are definitely certain themes which make the story line a bit more graphic so viewer discretion is advised; definitely a spicer version of the Netflix show if you get what I mean. Just want to preface it by saying that there will be some triggers, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to catch them all because I've only lightly edited this (so if there are some minor plot holes just ignore them LOL), but the main ones will be sexual assault, suicide, physical/verbal abuse, and mental illness. A wayward regency au one shot I wrote for fun, and because the concept wouldn't stop haunting my mind. ~ Trying to get back up after his ex-fiancΓ© left him, Lord Arthur Pendragon relents to his friends and families idea of hosting a party in his family's estate. Although holding up hope for a new love that evening, he could not predict falling head over heel for a woman with haunted eyes, who secretly hides a crooked and wicked grin and a spark of intrigue unlike any he's glimpses before. After catching the sight of that side of her, and the way her families mistreatment severely dampens it, he finds himself sure of one thing. He's going to get her out their grasp, but doing so might be more tricky then first expected. Miss Harriet Frodesdotter is stuck in a hell of constantly being forced into a uncomfortable, lace covered, dress, into unbearably loud ballrooms, and dealing with condescending suitors that her controlling sister manages to steer towards her. The sudden approach by a Lord Pendragon does make her pause however, his sweet and concerned eyes appearing to be almost horrifyingly sincere as he offers to help her with her family issues. She doesn't trust him, he's not the first to claim to be her savour for purely selfish reasons, but something tells her that there's something more to him, and not in a bad way. ~ Content warning for ableism, family issues (including abuse, I don't perceive it as especially graphic, but it's there) and depictions of meltdowns.Complete
