The young 23 year old Bruce Wayne is back in action after all of the villains mysteriously appear back in Gotham, including the dangerous Joker. After multiple kidnappings of his love, Sarah White, Bruce tries to protect her every chance he can possibly get, even after there was a "surprise" that came with Sarah. But everyone knows Bruce will have to put his feelings to the side, or will he manage to handle everything, without showing his real identity as Bruce? Or will he choose one woman over all of Gotham City? {Book 1} I am NOT the creator of Batman or any other DC comic character, but I am the creator of Sarah White (Midnight.) "What do you have to hide? An unrequited love perhaps?" Bruce Wayne is dead and that has took a toll on everyone. Gotham mourns the billionaire, but also knowing the the Bat has suddenly disappeared, the city is a wreck. The only protectors of the city is the family Bruce built. His family didn't take the news very well, especially his biological son, Damian Wayne. He still continues his journey as the boy wonder. In his recent acts, he has been more violent. Bruce's death has torn the Bat Family apart, leaving the boy alone with Alfred Pennyworth. He never expected to enjoy the manservants company but he would prefer his family to be with him too. They are rarely at the manor anymore, mostly because it felt empty without Bruce there. One night, the boy wonder crosses paths with a thief that he has ran into once before. He never got her name and never bothered to look into it. The last time he's seen her, his father was still alive. The last time he's seen her, she was stealing something small. What happens when he finds out that this thief is one no other than the daughter of Harley Quinn and the Joker? What makes the girl so special? (I do not own the characters in the book. Not to mention tons of other heroes, villains, and people in between. Without realizing it, (Y/N)'s slowly begun her ascent to the top of the food chain. Somehow becoming the most influential person in Gotham. And all she wanted to do was thank Batman for saving her life a few years back. Somehow impressing the psychotic criminal in allowing her to live, she realizes her luck did not come freely. Iris must allow herself to be a playing card in the Joker's game against Batman if she wishes to stay alive. Growing up in a shit life was never easy, but when you have to fend for yourself in a city like Gotham, becoming a bit of a criminal is basically inevitable. She only had one friend and he was an orphan like her, but she never went into the system. She helped him get through life and though he didn't condone her life of crime he loved her just the same. He would sneak her in so she would have a place to sleep sometimes. Finally when she started to create a name for herself, he ended up pushing her away. They haven't seen each other in years until fate brings them back to try and save the city from Bane with the help of The Batman. I do not own Batman or anything. I just own my character. Barbara killed her parents and Starla killed her boyfriend and his family. When Jerome starts to hit on Starla she gets annoyed. She doesn't know what he sees in her and she knows she's too good for him. When they get busted out of Arkham, they are still together. They are in The Maniax together. Jerome is trying his hardest to charm her but it isn't working. Starla is afraid to love because of her last boyfriend. When Jerome and her get more closer she starts to fall for him but doesn't want to. Barbara drifts away from her and doesn't talk to her as much. All Starla had is Jerome.
