CYTOS is an organized force that collects and trains soldiers with Yurian tattoos.  These tattoos can give humans amazing powers such as mind control, super strength, etc., but only if you manage to activate it.  But the only person to ever escape CYTOS is on a killing rampage and the only person that can stop her is her sister.  Jude is that sister and although is a highly respected member of CYTOS she doubts on weither or not she can defeat the dark in her sister.All Rights Reserved
