Two brothers, both ex- soldiers, both chosen to walk different paths in life. Where Alan chose the path of a protector, Eric chose the path of "easy street", with "quick cash" schemes, and a stream of unsuccessful jobs and piling debt.

There is no love lost between these brothers, and that suits Alan just fine. However, after a year of no communication, Alan receives a text from Eric,inviting him for a drink. 

Alan knows his brother better than anyone to know that nothing is ever what it seems with Eric. When they finally meet. Alan is surprised to see a shambles of a man before him, a mere semblance of the former soldier that was his older half-brother. So what does Eric want from Alan? After all this time, why has Eric sought him out now, and to what end?
