OKAY SO... I have been umming are aring over whether or not to re-edit this a 3rd time. & I have come to the decision that I want to simplify and reset the story in a sense, by turning the story line back to it original roots. I want to keep it true to the original character more than it currently is. this will be the final edit I will not be changing it after this. I hope I have the time and the patience to do it justice. I have a very busy life atm so please be patient with me and again I'm sorry for altering it once again but I'm not entirely happy with some of the more recent editorial decisions I've made. x

Having mistaken Dixon for one of Negan's New Goons she ambushes both him and Aaron. Staying hostile towards him for most of her first month at Alexandria things eventually escalate for the pair, just as they start to get along. Negan doesn't take kindly to the fact Dixon has been hiding his traitor of a wife from him. 

Dixon feels strongly for Amber, having both lead fairly similar lives abused, abandoned, left to fend for themselves. Although Daryl and Amber are both drawn together right from the start they don't Instantly get along. Trial and tensions test their willpower & hearts.All Rights Reserved

Apart from some of the arguments that'll break out but you can only expect that when strangers take shelter together. Y/n was a survivor of the city, brought in by Glenn. You were thankful for the kindness from the stranger but the same behavior wasnt shared from the rest of the group. Supplies are tight and tension gets high everytime a newcomer is brought in. The Dixon brothers dont miss a beat to make sure and cause a scene, going on and on about supplies and how thin we are stretched. The speeches have droned on but no one listens to them, especially when they come from a couple hillbillies. Days went by the same, hardly any words spoken your direction unless it was snarky comment or small talk from Glenn. Changes started taking place when a fellow named Rick Grimes showed up.

Story starts right after the incident at Hershel's barn but does not follow the story line of the show after that. The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story. There are scenes that I needed to cut out and change up just because my view of things has changed as well and I wanted this story to reflect that.
