When she woke up she saw things she never has before. Or should I say she saw people she never has before. 

Something changed when she woke up. 

It's been a year now since her "Incident" and she has grown used to the people who are there that arn't really there. 

She never looks directly at them for if she does they all come running and screaming at her for help. But she doesn't know how.
