Uma is the youngest of the Carter clan, a family with a reputation in their hometown of Upton. The family is rich, influential and one that is respected in the community, but there fame started at Upton High.
With her Parents legacy to live up to in High School and the added pressure of her older siblings Chrissy and Mark; she knows it's going to be hard to make a name for herself. But she is determined to do just that.
Before her sister left for Harvard she passed on some tips to help her survive and become everything that is expected of her. It seemed easy enough. And for Uma it was. After just one years she started to get noticed and live up to her potential as a Sophomore.
Then when she became a junior she thought everything was perfect, until she wanted more. Drafting in the help of a friend they put a plan into action that would DEFINITELY allow Uma to live up to her name.
But one small secret would rock the boat that kept Uma out of the water. She would have to be prepared to do anything to stay afloat
Even if it means bringing an end to the Carter clan for good.
