It's one of those average boy is in love with his best friend stories, but with a twist.
Preston is an adorable little boy... for being 17 that is. He's only 5'2", has the biggest, darkest blue eyes you could ever imagine, and his face is like an angel's. He has the looks of a baby without being one, the intelligence of a wise Chinese woman, and the skills of an assassin. Why? Because he IS an assassin, born and raised, living in a town undercover. Preston is not only targeted by suitors, he's also targeted by bullies. At school he's bullied for being so cute, and he takes it like the 'little kid' he's supposed to be, that is, when his best friend isn't around.

It was now nighttime and I returned to my room which was very dark. The curtains were closed, strange I'm sure it was open this morning... Whatever. It was dark, so I couldn't see his face, but I still put my hands around his throat and started to strangle him a bit. 'W-Who are you and w-what do y-you want?' I asked trying to hide my fear that I miserably failed. '...' He still didn't respond, I was starting to loose control on myself. His silence was killing me and I started to shake in fear.
