Thalara Grey was the second D&D character I ever played, and by far one of my favorites. She is an avenger for the goddess Avandra, who upon her creation traveled the world with her younger brother, encouraging other adventures and kicking anyone's ass who dared to defame Avandra: The lady of luck.
Now several years later I have retaken that roll in a new adventure, however the player who was Thalara's brother was unable to play, which required me to rewrite her back story a bit.
To set the scene (and I may add this later on in actual story) Thalara and her current adventuring group have just been freed from a spell that trapped them in magic amber for 400 years.
Please enjoy, and if you like what you have read, leave a comment letting me know if you would like to know more.
(The cover has nothing to do with the content, I just drew it and thought it was pretty.)
