After being tortured for information from the black organisation, Conan wakes up in hospital with no memories. Trying to come to terms with accepting who he is, Shinichi struggles to use his new, weakened state as well as dealing with the organisation that is suspicious of the effects of the APTX drug and investigates Shinichi's 'murder'.
