After finding out that her boyfriend of six months is cheating on her with his best friend, Lorie Matthews decides to give up on love. She has just graduated from cullinary school and plans to open up her own restaurant. But when her and her friends decide to spend a whole entire summer in Cancun, things don't turn out as planned. One night at a club Lorie runs into some trouble with a guy who just won't leave her alone. Right before disaster strikes Lories knight and shining armor comes to her rescue. But when Lorie finds out that her knight in armor is really just her old high school enemy, Carter Grey, who she secretly had a crush on, Lorie is faced to deal with the consequences of fighting her feelings for him. Will she be able to find love in her old high school enemy/crush? Or will everything fall to pieces like everything around her in her life.
