Defy

Science is a knowledge about or study of the natural world based on facts learned through experiments and observation. They believe that every single and tiniest matter or even a simple movement has its own explanation and can be proved by a given evidence.

Religion is an organized system of beliefs, ceremonies, and rules used to worship a god or a group of gods. They believe any of those supernatural things that involve divinity and ethereal manifestations.

These two words are indeed opposite. They never rely on each one's principles and beliefs for they were somewhat meant to lie at the ends of the antonyms.

A water and an oil. Both have different structures, characteristics and chemical composition. Incompatibility, indeed. 'Cause you can't put them together wholly and completely. They could be placed in the same ground but seems like their existence is intended to create schism to each.

They are destined not to be together.

But what if, one day.. it becomes possible? That it will be able to commend both of their laws and stands and become one? And that day will make them united? But how and why would they merge? When will that day comes?

Questions are living but answers didn't seem to exist.

One thing is for sure. When that day comes, it'll really build a new history, a great history.

Not because both of them have coincided and merged, but because... that day is the day by which, it would probably change the world... the human race... and the history.
