Twiggy's parents decide he needs to go to rehab because he smokes so much marijuana. Once he gets there, everyone abuses him. Especially the most popular kid there, Marilyn Manson. Once they get in a fight, they get detention together, where they really get to know each other. (Maybe a little too well.) If Manson's crew finds out about twiggy, his reputation would be ruined.
